Acero de libre mecanización
El acero de libre mecanización se refiere a acero con excelente maquinabilidad. Mejorar el rendimiento de corte libre del acero se realiza principalmente agregando elementos de corte libre al acero solos o en combinación.
Según los diferentes elementos de fácil mecanización, se puede dividir en acero de fácil mecanización con azufre, acero de fácil mecanización con plomo, acero de fácil mecanización con calcio y acero de fácil mecanización compuesto.
Según sus diferentes usos, los aceros de fácil mecanización se dividen en aceros para máquinas automáticas, aceros de fácil mecanización estructurales y aceros de fácil mecanización especiales (acero resistente al calor, acero inoxidable, acero para herramientas, etc.).
Según las diferentes propiedades de corte libre, se puede dividir en acero de corte libre general, acero de corte libre súper, etc.
